Yes, selected providers may assist the work. Applicable processing and retention are addressed before private intake.
A commission may use services for hosting, communication, transcription, analysis, design, or printing. We document the applicable processing, limit material to what the work requires, and use the available retention and deletion controls. We explain provider limits rather than promising that no outside service ever handles material. Please keep unnecessary sensitive records out of your initial inquiry.
