Can AI or other providers process family material?

A commission may use approved services for storage, transcription, OCR, AI-assisted analysis, design, communication, or printing. The policy is to disclose applicable processing categories, limit material to what the project requires, use project-scoped access and records, and apply retention and deletion controls available under provider terms. The provider list and data flow must be approved for the project before sensitive intake. Families should not submit unnecessary government identifiers, credentials, financial records, or unrelated medical material.
