Can our Chronicle remain private, and who controls publication?
Yes. A project may remain private to the family, and public use requires separate authorization.
Your Chronicle can remain private to the family. A public excerpt, photograph, project page, or portfolio example requires separate, specific authorization; founding participation does not imply that permission. If you wish to publish publicly, the scope defines the rights, production preparation, and any publication assistance. A public release is not required.
