Can someone participate without being comfortable with technology?
Yes. Technology comfort is a planning consideration, not a requirement for having a story worth preserving.
Tell us what feels comfortable for each relative. We plan the contribution methods around the people taking part, and an authorized family helper may assist. When someone helps record or share a memory, we keep clear whose recollection it is and who helped contribute it. The practical arrangements are confirmed in the commission scope.
