Can someone participate without being comfortable with technology?
Yes. Technology comfort is a planning consideration, not a requirement for having a story worth preserving.
The Project Fit Conversation should identify what is realistic for each person. Kin & Chronicle can plan a simpler contribution path and may authorize a trusted Helper to assist while preserving who operated the device, whose memory is represented, and who supplied the source. Available methods are confirmed in the Family Project Plan. The public site should not promise a particular voice, video, guest-link, or assisted-upload feature until that capability operates for the project.
