How does a family participate?
Families contribute in manageable rounds rather than being asked to organize the whole archive or write the book themselves.
The Family Project Plan identifies who needs to contribute, what material matters first, and how reviews will be coordinated. A round may involve an interview, a focused question, identifying a photograph, supplying a document, clarifying a relationship, or reviewing a meaningful passage. One Steward normally coordinates decisions. The exact mix of conversations, forms, uploads, and assisted contribution is set for the commission; Kin & Chronicle does not promise one identical portal workflow for every family.
