How do focused questions help the project?
A large family project becomes manageable when each person has a small, relevant next question.
A question may ask someone to identify a photograph, remember a place, clarify a relationship, supply a document, or review a passage. We sometimes call these focused requests “cards.” Their purpose is to help relatives contribute without having to tackle the whole history at once. The method of contributing is agreed for your commission; there is no requirement to master a particular app.
