Guided participation and Cards · KCQ-022
What if someone does not know, does not want to answer, or needs more time?
Not knowing, declining, or deferring a question is a legitimate response.
A person should not be forced to invent an answer or discuss something they do not want to discuss. They may tell the Steward or studio they are unsure, are not the right person, prefer not to answer, or need to return later. The project can ask someone else through an approved process, continue without the information, or preserve the gap. Exact buttons are product details; the participation principle applies in a conversation, form, or future workspace.
